A gentle, natural alternative to commercial, petroleum-based chest rub, Gentle Menthol Balm is the same formula as my Cold & Sinus Balm, without the camphor. My balm is an almond oil & beeswax base infused with menthol and a blend of eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils. The vapors gently open nasal passages and help relieve coughs.

How To Use
• Apply to chest, throat & bottom of feet. Repeat 3 to 4
times a day.
• Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin.
• Cover affected area loosely with a warm, dry cloth if
desired. Do not use with heat.
• Keep away from eyes. Do not use in nostrils.
• Do not use on children under 3 years old.
This product contains essential oils & may cause an allergic reaction in some individuals. Test on a small area before use. Discontinue use if reaction occurs.
