I’ve formulated my cream with magnesium chloride, chamomile infused sweet almond oil, Shea butter and lavender. It absorbs quickly into the skin, helping the body prepare for sleep and naturally relaxes tired muscles. The lavender and chamomile work together to quiet the mind and smells wonderful!

How To Use
For general use and to promote good sleep, apply cream to the chest, neck, or abdomen and the bottom of the feet 30 minutes before sleep. For restless legs, apply cream to legs and the bottom of the feet 30 minutes before sleep.
